The program includes accomodations for eight days/seven nights, based on double occupancy. This includes three nights at the “Farm House Legrazie” near Laurino, a medieval town in the hills of cilento park, and four nights in the fisherman’s town of agropoli, at “hotel mare”, on the sea)

Tour Specifics (Dates available for 2009 in May/June or September.) Food Welcome cocktails Daily breakfast in Classic dining room with breathtaking view of old Italy. Three hands-on cooking classes with lunch. Seven dinners including wine and dessert. Seven light lunches (some are part of the cooking class). Excursions Excursions to paestum, a famous greek site. Excursion to the Norman Castle in Agropoli, a nearby famous fisherman town. Visit to ‘Vannullo”, a cheese making farm near Capaccio. Visit to a Laurino convent and Santa Maria Church. Visit to the Chapel of St. Elena and a 14th Century Bridge. Visit with lunch to Felitto, and hiking along the river Calore. Excursion to Certosa Di Padula, a convent. Visit to fish and other markets. Optional: We recommend an optional one-day sailing from Salerno to Positano at an additional cost of $155/person including lunch. Transportation Transportation to and from Naples airport (for those arriving to Rome, 100 euro per person extra) Ground transportation with driver. Not Included Airfare not included Total Cost Program price per person based on double occupancy: $ 1,800 including tax (full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival) Cancellation and refund policy: Should Mario Marotta be forced to cancel a program for any reason, all fees, including deposits shall be returned in full. However, the costs of any travel arrangement you may have made will not be reimbursed. Customer cancellations require 30 days advance notice, and 25% of the total travel cost will be retained as a non-refundable cancellation fee. Additional: Travel insurance: we recommend that you purchase separate insurance in case you have to cancel your trip, as well as accident, health and baggage and personal effect loss and damage insurance.
